The Competition Kids Class is for students of all ages who want to take their BJJ skills to the next level. This class hones techniques, builds endurance, and strengthens the mental resilience required for competition. Through advanced drills and situational training, young athletes gain the confidence and preparation they need to succeed on the mat.
