About the event
Our Saturday Open Mat is open to all members for both gi and no-gi practice. This session provides an unstructured, flexible environment to explore techniques, spar with others, and work on personal goals. Open Mat is a great opportunity to learn, test new skills, and connect with fellow practitioners in a laid-back setting.
